SV Series Heat Pump Not Running

No Heat Pump Operation

• Check SV spa controller settings. Confirm that H.PMP setting has not disabled the heat pump.
• Check if a heat pump error code is present. The error should scroll across the screen every 30 seconds & the display should show a hammer & spanner symbol
• Check the heat pump thermistor reading to ensure the spa & heat pump are communicating. 00 = No communication
• Replace data cable if problem unresolved (use double‐shielded CAT5/CAT6 Ethernet cable)
• Confirm ambient air temperature is within heat pump operational limits of -2°C – 40°
