SpaNET Returns Policy

We at SpaNET Pty Ltd (spanetstore.com.au) take pride in our reputation for quality.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase we´ll assist you with a prompt refund. All refunds will be the cost of goods, less freight/delivery charges and restocking fee (if applicable).

Returns will be accepted up to 14 days from purchase date.

You must open your package of part(s) from us immediately upon receipt to inspect that all parts ordered are correct and accounted for. You need to carefully inspect for any signs of damage or missing components at this time. If you have received damaged or missing goods from us notification is required immediately. All goods must be checked for damages or missing components within 7 days of receiving the requested parts. If 7 days is surpassed, no claim for damaged or missing items will be accepted.

Returns fall into three categories and products may be returned because they are:

1. Parts incorrectly ordered, no longer required.
2. Parts have become faulty or damaged in transit to you.
3. The incorrect part was shipped to you.

A Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) must be issued by us prior to the return of any goods. This is regardless of the reason.

Goods returned without an RMA will be rejected by our warehouse at your cost.

How to create an RMA:

To lodge a RMA request, please send through your query, a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase of the order, your details (Name, Address and Phone Number) along with images of the item. This information can be sent by email to; accounts@spanet.com.au

All returned goods (incorrectly ordered or damaged/faulty) must be sent at your own expense. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance – we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Returned items must be packaged as well as or better than when the item was received.

You have 14 days from reception of the product to return it unless damaged in transport in which case we need to be notified with 7 days of delivery. See below for particular product exclusions. All products being returned must be in new condition, and include any retail packaging, manuals, or other included items to qualify for a refund or exchange. We undertake to then exchange or reimburse you the price of the products. You may be charged a restocking fee depending on the reason for the return unless a subsequent order to the same or greater value is placed. You will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment unless the return is due to return reasons 2 or 3.

FREIGHT CHARGES WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED

Specific return notes and exclusions:
To be eligible for return, all parts must be unused and in new condition.

Electrical and electronic components:
Any electrical or electronic part that shows signs of having been used or fitted in any way cannot be returned. We test every item that is returned to us.

Email images of parts requiring identification:
It is your responsibility to determine that the part ordered is correct. If you are unsure about a product you wish to purchase, please contact us BEFORE you order.

Please do not guess what part is required. Our friendly staff are happy to assist in identifying parts via emailed images, but cannot be held responsible for misidentifying your part where the images or information supplied is of poor quality or ambiguous. We will provide emailed links to the part suggested for YOU to confirm identification before ordering.

 Installation of purchased goods:

It is assumed and required that a qualified tradesperson is employed in the installation of electrical goods. It is illegal and dangerous to carry out any electrical work without the appropriate qualifications. You must ensure that your qualified tradesman accurately identifies the required part to affect repair, as any electrical / electronic component including circuit boards purchased from us CANNOT be returned if it shows signs of installation, for reason of incorrectly ordered / no longer required.

Exchange:

We will gladly exchange an incorrectly ordered item.
You have 14 days from reception of the product to exchange it. See above for particular product exclusions. All products being returned must be in new condition and include any retail packaging, manuals, or other included items to qualify for a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for the return and replacement shipping. All items must be returned and shipping paid for before the replacement item is sent.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected;

If approved, SpaNET Pty Ltd (spanetstore.com.au) will contact you in order to process your refund to your method of purchase (i.e. Credit Card, PayPal).

If not approved due to the above terms, SpaNET Pty Ltd (spanetstore.com.au) will also notify you of this rejection of your refund and advise reasoning accordingly and will advise of goods being sent back to you.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

All refunds will be the cost of goods, less freight/delivery charges and restocking fee (if applicable).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account/credit card/PayPal statement again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via email to; accounts@spanet.com.au
