Heat Pump Troubleshooting
If your SV series heat pump isn’t running you must confirm that H.PMP setting has not disabled the heat pump. Then confirm ambient air temperature is within heat pump operational limits of -2°C – 40°C
Check if a heat pump error code is present. The error should scroll across the screen every 30 seconds & the display should show a hammer & spanner symbol
Check the heat pump thermistor readings to ensure the spa & heat pump are communicating. 00 degrees = No communication. When the heat pump & spa controller aren’t communicating, we recommend replacing the data cable. We stock a 6M & 10M data cable.
